Two bedrooms have two twin beds, one has a queen sized bed, and up the stairs is a master suite with private full bath and a king sized bed. A recently remodeled kitchen has beautiful cabinetry and all appliances. Two separate ocean-side deck areas are the perfect spot to have lunch in the sunshine or catch the sun set over the Pacific. A deck area in the front offers sweeping views of the extremely special salt marsh and the opportunity to spot many migratory birds. Play in your own back yard beach volleyball court or stroll along the coastline. This part of the ocean is the perfect spot for surfing and paddle boarding. Carpinteria is a 15 minute drive to Santa Barbara. Available June and July. 30 day minimum.
